Refund Policy
How VeRa handles subscription cancellations, billing disputes, duplicate charges, tips, and limited refund exceptions.
Plain-Language Summary
- Subscriptions can be canceled to stop future renewal, but VeRa does not generally offer retroactive refunds for the current paid period.
- Tips are generally final unless required by law or there is a proven payment issue.
- Refund exceptions may apply for fraud, duplicate charges, or billing errors.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription usually stops the next renewal charge. Unless required by law, VeRa does not generally provide retroactive refunds for the current billing period after a subscription charge has been processed.
Tips
Tips are voluntary payments and are generally final. Refunds may be considered only where required by law or where there is a confirmed payment-processing issue.
Exceptions
VeRa may review exceptions for fraud, duplicate charges, billing errors, or other narrow circumstances where refund treatment is required by law or operationally justified.
