Privacy rights
VeRa supports access, correction, and deletion requests subject to verification and the limits required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, moderation, and platform integrity.

Retention and deletion
VeRa retains information only as long as necessary for platform operations, creator billing, payouts, legal compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and trust and safety obligations.
Account and profile records
Retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, fraud, and audit purposes.
Billing, payout, and transaction records
Retained as needed for accounting, tax, chargeback, audit, and payment network compliance obligations.
Trust and safety, moderation, and enforcement records
Retained as needed to investigate incidents, enforce policies, and respond to legal claims or regulatory requirements.
Creator identity verification files
Vera deletes Vera-controlled raw ID and selfie images after verification review or when the short review-retention window expires. Vera keeps only minimal verification status, review, and provider-reference records needed for operations and compliance. Identity verification providers may retain information under their own policies.
